Due Diligence

DUE DILIGENCE

 

Our group will contract with 3rd party vendors and manage the entire due diligence process on behalf of our clients.  Services are, but not limited to, ordering and analyzing geotechnical and environmental reports, assisting with required surveys, assisting legal counsel with obtaining title and working with engineers on preliminary sketch plans and lot layouts.

ENTITLEMENTS

 

Triangle Land & Investment Group consults to get fully approved subdivisions and communities consistent with the current market and client needs.  We work directly with land planners, municipalities and builders to design communities around product choice, architectural design requirements and desired lot yield.

Permits

PERMITTING PROCESS

 

We work directly with engineering firms to secure final approved construction documents, as well as making sure all required permit receive final approvals through local, state and federals agencies.  Triangle Land and Investment Group will see your projects through the entirety to the point our clients are able to start vertical construction.
